This lively water feature is at the centre of the new Surrey City Hall Plaza, an important civic space that connects Surrey City Hall, Surrey City Centre Library, 3 Civic Plaza and the SFU Surrey Campus.

A large outdoor community hub used for concerts, festivals and holiday celebrations, the Plaza is a grand pedestrian corridor inspired by Venice’s Piazza San Marco.

Embedded flush to the plaza floor are fountain jets that playfully release water, animating the open space. During the day the fountain jets provide entertainment for people of all ages, and at night they illuminate to create a colourful and attractive display.
