Composed of crisp rectangular basins and subtle vertical jets, the design is intentionally low-profile—allowing water, light, and architecture to work together without visual excess. The gentle movement and sound of water soften the urban streetscape while reinforcing a calm, composed atmosphere. Integrated lighting highlights the texture and clarity of the water at night, creating a quiet, contemporary expression of luxury that complements the building’s modern façade and signals a thoughtfully designed residential environment.
