Escala | Burnaby, bC

JS Bin

Located adjacent to the iconic Aviara high-rise in Burnaby, Escala scales new heights with a soaring 42-storey high-rise and redefines luxury with its elaborate landscaping features.

On one side of a building, a multi-step waterfall, including small geysers, makes its way down. The water is crafted to appear in white streaks against the black stone finishes.

On another side, a grand water wall of over 20 feet extends above the parking entrance, using the same technique to create beautiful white streaks of water.
